We would like to update you on a few important topics.

The longevity of Banners Broker is extremely important to all of us. As our company evolves, we must amend our policies to coincide with our expansion. In an effort to be globally compliant and for ease of future expansion some adjustments are necessary.

All Banners Broker products constitute a retail purchase and are subject to any applicable regional taxes. As of May 1st, 2012 taxes will be added to all eWallet purchases. Taxes will no longer be charged on eWallet account funding (as of today). There will however be a 5% processing fee on ewallet funding for all countries. For packages, as well as panels, the tax will be applied at the moment that the package is activated or panel is locked. The end user who is using the package or panel is the one who will pay the tax. For example, when a package is transfered to another affiliate, the receiving affiliate is the end user and is subjected to the taxes upon activating this package or panel. For all products that are non-transferable, tax will be charged at the point of sale. Non-transferable products include but are not limited to: traffic packs, traffic boosters and impression packs.

As of May 1st, 2012 the refund policy for all purchases will be extended to a period of 30 days. After this time, affiliates will be ineligible for a refund of their purchase, without exception.

Effective immediately, the timeframe that an affiliate can make a request for an upgrade is being extended to a period of 30 days for all colors up to, and including, Enterprise (Red). The timeframe for an upgrade on Ultimate (Black) packages has been extended to 45 days.

Due to the recent downtime and speed of our server, we’ve decided to extend the amalgamation due date by two weeks. The new deadline is May 10, 2012.
